Use IMAP Sync to migrate mailboxes
To help customers migrate their email to kyzoe, we have created a web-based tool using Gilles Lamiral’s excellent IMAP sync software.
Please note: this guide is only available to kyzoe.be customers and is provided as is, without warranty. This guide also assumes that you have already set up the mailboxes in the cp.vcloudhosting.eu control panel, but have not yet changed the name servers of the domains.

Make sure that all the mailboxes you want to migrate have been set up in the cp.purely.website control panel and that you have the corresponding passwords to hand.

In a new tab, go to https://imapsync.lamiral.info/X/

In the “IMAP source Mailbox” form, enter the full email address of the old mailbox you want to migrate, together with its password.

In the “IMAP destination Mailbox” form, enter the IP address of the server your website runs on under IMAP Server hostname, along with the full new email address and its password, and click Submit.

The “Submit” button now changes to “Please wait”. Be patient; it may take a while for the process to complete. If all goes well, you will see something like the following:

Total messages transferred: 114
Skipped messages (already on the new account): 0
Average transfer rate: 17.4 messages/s -
That’s it! Your email has now been transferred to your new mailbox. You can repeat this for any other mailboxes and, when you’re done, you can change the name servers so that your domain points to your new hosting.
