A catch-all email address is set up to receive all messages sent to any email address within a domain, even if the address does not exist or is misspelt.
For example: if hello@domain.com is set up as a catch-all, this email address will also receive emails sent to helo@domain.com, hi@domain.com, and other variations.
Creating a catch-all email address:
- In your website dashboard, go to Emails
- Click Add account
- Fill in the form and select Make this email address a catch-all
- Click Save
Converting an existing email address into a catch-all:
- Only one catch-all email address can be created per domain.
- In your website dashboard, go to Emails
- Find the email address you want to convert and click Manage
- Scroll to Catch-all
- Switch on the Catch-all toggle
