Invoicing via Peppol and email

From January 2026, Kyzoe invoices Belgian companies with a VAT number via Peppol. Our invoicing flow is as follows.

You order the product of your choice on Kyzoe.be; during the process you create a user account and are given the option to pay immediately.
You receive an invoice notification and, once you have paid, a payment confirmation as well. Always quote your customer number if you pay by bank transfer.
As a Belgian company, you will receive an invoice via Peppol within 24 hours; if you have already paid, we will have marked it as paid straight away. If you have not paid yet, we ask you to arrange payment as soon as possible. If you are a private individual or a customer from a country that does not yet use Peppol, we will send the invoice by email.

On the first of the month you automatically receive an invoice for the services you use that are due for renewal. Here too, you first receive a notification and usually, on the same day, an official invoice for those services.
