Prices per year, incl. VAT, rounded to the cent. The 33% discount applies every year for as long as you remain a customer. For WordPress hosting, the discount applies to the annual price.
Which plan suits you?
Every organisation is different. This is how most makers and associations choose; if you are unsure, we will advise you when you apply.
Amateur theatre group or company
Performance dates, ticket reservations, photos of past plays and email on your own domain name. Web hosting Basic is enough.
Choir, brass band, orchestra or dance group
A calendar, rehearsal info, a contact form and member email. Web hosting Basic is enough.
Musician or solo artist
A portfolio or EPK, your calendar and your music and videos. Basic, or Basic XL if you also have a project or label.
Visual artist or photographer
A gallery with large images that load fast, possibly a small web shop. Basic XL or WordPress Basic.
Company, collective or non-profit
Several administrators, a press kit, a calendar and often several languages. WordPress hosting: we keep the site up to date.
Festival, arts centre or museum
Busy ticket sales, a large calendar or a site per edition. Agency 10, or ask us about a VPS.
Your website stays yours
In many associations, one volunteer takes care of “the website”. If that person leaves, you can end up without access to your domain or your site. With Kyzoe everything is in your organisation’s name and several people can manage it.

Email included
Mailboxes on your own domain name are included in your hosting plan, with webmail. You don’t need a separate email service.
Daily backups, kept for 30 days
We make a backup every day and keep it for 30 days in a different data centre. You restore a backup yourself via the hosting panel at cp.vcloudhosting.eu.
WordPress maintenance with Managed WordPress
If you choose Managed WordPress, we keep WordPress itself, your theme and your plugins up to date. You don’t have to worry about it.
Test on staging first
With web hosting and Managed WordPress you get staging sites (1, 3 or 10, depending on your plan). Test an update or a new design there, and only put it live when everything works.
Free migration of website and email
We transfer your website, databases and mailboxes. You provide the details, we do the technical work.

What cultural websites often need, and how to do it with a website of your own.
Your calendar from UiTdatabank
Enter your activities once in UiTdatabank and show them on your own site with the UiTwidgets from publiq. That way they also appear in the leisure calendars.
Tickets via your own ticketing system
Do you work with Ticketmatic, TicketGang, Ticket Tailor or another system? You build ticket sales into your site, without managing a web shop yourself.
Accessible to everyone
Since June 2025, online ticket shops must be digitally accessible (European Accessibility Act). With a well-built WordPress site, that is achievable.

How long does the discount last?

Why WordPress hosting?
With WordPress hosting we keep WordPress, your theme and your plugins up to date, with a daily backup. Ideal when the website is in the hands of a volunteer who does not want to look after it every week.
Do I also get a free domain name?
Yes. With Basic and Basic XL, and with the WordPress plans, you get a free .be, .nl, .eu or .com domain name.
Is everything in our association’s name?
Yes. Your domain name and hosting plan are in your organisation’s name. In the hosting panel you invite several administrators, and when your board changes we help you transfer access.
