What does managed WordPress hosting include?
In addition to the hosting itself, we update the WordPress core, your theme and your plugins and make a daily backup. If something goes wrong after an update, we restore a previous version.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. In the order form you choose monthly or yearly. Yearly you pay for 10 months: 2 months free.
How do I restore a backup?
Yourself, via the hosting panel at cp.vcloudhosting.eu. Or send a ticket to support@kyzoe.be and we will do it.
My site is slow or has problems. Can you take a look?
