Our hosting panel runs on Enhance. In September 2026 four updates of the platform were released, from version 12.25.10 to 12.25.13. Below you can read what changed and what it means for you as a Kyzoe customer. The short answer: you don’t need to do anything.
Faster overview of your disk usage
Version 12.25.13, 28 September 2026
The panel now calculates the disk usage of your websites in parallel instead of one by one, and shows the result straight away in your subscription overview. So you see faster how much storage you have left.
If you have many websites in one plan, for example as a web agency or reseller with Agency 10, you will notice the difference most: the overview of your subscriptions loads faster and the figures are right immediately.
Newer version of webmail
Version 12.25.13, 28 September 2026
The webmail in the panel is Roundcube. The default version has been upgraded to Roundcube 1.6.18. Maintenance releases within the 1.6 series mainly bring bug fixes and security updates. Your folders, settings and messages are kept.

Custom DNS resolvers per website container

With Enhance, every website runs in its own isolated container. When your website needs to reach another address on the internet, for example WordPress checking for updates or a plugin contacting a payment service, the container first has to look up a domain name. A DNS resolver does that.
Until now, in some cases the containers automatically used public resolvers. With this update the platform administrator can set which resolvers the website containers use. That is a server-level setting we manage. Nothing changes for your website or your DNS records.

Newer LiteSpeed web server
Version 12.25.11, 14 September 2026
LiteSpeed is the web server that delivers your website to visitors. The default version has been upgraded to LiteSpeed 6.3.7. A newer web server brings bug fixes and security updates. If you use the LiteSpeed Cache plugin in WordPress, it keeps working as before.
More reliable migrations from cPanel and Plesk
Version 12.25.10, 13 September 2026
Enhance can import websites from servers running cPanel or Plesk. In some cases an error could occur while reading the file group permissions during such an import. That error has been fixed.
For you this means: if your website moves from a host that uses cPanel or Plesk, the migration runs even more smoothly. We migrate your website and email for free, by the way. Read more about migrating to Kyzoe.
Do you need to do anything?
No. Your websites, mailboxes and settings stay as they are. If you do notice anything odd, email support@kyzoe.be. On weekdays we reply within 4 hours.
