Fill in the form and we will prepare your migration. We transfer your website, email and domain name for free, without you having to do anything technical.

Email first, then the domain

We always migrate your mailboxes first. Only when everything is ready do we switch the DNS and transfer your domain. That way no email gets lost.

Microsoft 365 or Exchange?

You choose: keep your Microsoft mail and only migrate your website and domain, or migrate your email to Kyzoe too. Not sure? We will advise you.

How your migration works

Request and inventory

You fill in this form. We look at what needs to move: websites, databases, mailboxes and domain names.

Agree on access and planning

You receive a secure link to share your access details, and we choose a moment for the switchover together.

Transfer and check

We copy your website and your mailboxes to Kyzoe and check everything. Your current website and mail keep working in the meantime.

Switch over after agreement

At the agreed moment, first the email, then the DNS and MX records. If your domain moves too, we start the domain transfer with your transfer code.

Checks and aftercare

Together we check that everything works. Only then do you cancel your old hosting.

Why do you migrate the email before the domain?

That way your mailboxes are already set up at Kyzoe when the MX records switch. New mail arrives correctly straight away and your old mail is already there. Nothing gets lost.

No. You can simply keep Microsoft 365 or Exchange. We then only migrate your website and/or domain, and make sure your mail settings (MX, SPF, DKIM) keep pointing to Microsoft. If you do want Kyzoe mail, we migrate your mailboxes too.

A web form or ordinary email is not secure enough for that. After your request we send you a secure link to share your access details.

Migrating your website and email is free with a Kyzoe hosting plan. A domain transfer costs the same as one year of registration for the extension, incl. VAT (see the domain prices).

Your current website and email keep working until we switch over. We plan that moment together, with minimal downtime. DNS changes can take a few hours to become visible everywhere.
