We transfer your website, databases and mailboxes from Versio to Kyzoe for free. At Kyzoe, email is included in your hosting plan and we guide your migration personally.

We make a backup every day and keep it for 30 days in a different data centre. You restore a backup yourself via the hosting panel at cp.vcloudhosting.eu.

WordPress maintenance with Managed WordPress

If you choose Managed WordPress, we keep WordPress itself, your theme and your plugins up to date. You don’t have to worry about it.

Information about Versio comes from Versio’s own website, checked on 27 September 2026. Versio states: “Prijzen zijn excl. VAT tenzij expliciet anders aangegeven” (prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise). Versio’s Belgian website was not reachable when we checked; the data comes from versio.nl. Prices and terms may have changed since then. “Not confirmed” means we could not verify it on Versio’s website, not that it is missing. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.

How your migration from Versio works

Request and inventory

You fill in the migration form. Together we look at what needs to move: websites, databases, mailboxes and domain names.

Agree on access and planning

We send you a secure link to share your access details, and we choose a moment together. Never send passwords via the form or ordinary email. Is your domain moving too? Then get the transfer code in My Versio (Domains, your domain name, Get transfer code). For a .be domain this is done via DNS Belgium.

Transfer and check

We copy your mailboxes and your website to Kyzoe and check everything. In the meantime your site at Versio keeps working as usual.

Switch over after agreement

At the agreed moment, first the email, then the DNS and MX records. If your domain name moves too, we start the domain transfer with your transfer code.

Checks and aftercare

Together we check that your website and email work properly. Only then do you cancel with Versio. Switch off automatic renewal in My Versio. Do not cancel a domain “immediately”: it then goes straight into quarantine and can no longer be transferred.

Questions about migrating from Versio

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Yes. Your domain name remains yours. A migration only changes where your website and email run, and possibly where the domain is registered.

Do you migrate my email too?

Yes. We transfer your mailboxes and existing messages for free. If you use Microsoft 365 or Exchange, you choose: keep it with Microsoft or migrate to Kyzoe too.

Does my domain name have to move too?

No, that is not necessary. The domain can stay with Versio or another registrar; we then adjust the DNS so that your website and email point to Kyzoe. If you want everything with one provider, we transfer the domain too with your transfer code.

How do I request my transfer code at Versio?

In My Versio go to Domains, choose your domain name and click Get transfer code at the bottom. For a .be domain you request the code via DNS Belgium.

What do you need to get started?

The migration form: which websites, domain names and mailboxes you have. We then send you a secure link for your access details. Never send passwords via a form or ordinary email.

How is the switchover planned?

Together, at a time that suits you. We migrate the email first and then switch the DNS, with minimal downtime. DNS changes can take a few hours to become visible everywhere.

When can I cancel my hosting at Versio?

Only when the migration and the checks are complete and everything works at Kyzoe. In My Versio switch off automatic renewal under My Products, so the plan stops on the end date. Do not cancel a domain immediately before you have the transfer code: it then goes straight into quarantine.

Is WordPress maintenance included?

With Managed WordPress, yes: we keep WordPress, your theme and your plugins up to date. With web hosting you manage WordPress yourself.

What does the free migration service cover?

Transferring your website(s), databases and mailboxes to a Kyzoe hosting plan. A domain transfer costs the same as one year of registration for the extension, incl. VAT (see the domain prices).
