Free migration of website and email

We transfer your website, databases and mailboxes. You provide the details, we do the technical work.

Daily backups, kept for 30 days

We make a backup every day and keep it for 30 days in a different data centre. You restore a backup yourself via the hosting panel at cp.vcloudhosting.eu.

Email included

Mailboxes on your own domain name are included in your hosting plan, with webmail. You don’t need a separate email service.

Information about Hostinger comes from Hostinger’s own website, checked on 27 September 2026. The VAT basis is stated next to Hostinger’s prices (“excl. BTW”). We could not confirm prices for a term of 1 or 12 months. Prices and terms may have changed since then. “Not confirmed” means we could not verify it on Hostinger’s website, not that it is missing. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.

How your migration from Hostinger works

Request and inventory

You fill in the migration form. Together we look at what needs to move: websites, databases, mailboxes and domain names.

Agree on access and planning

We send you a secure link to share your access details, and we choose a moment together. Never send passwords via the form or ordinary email. Is your domain moving too? Then request the EPP code in hPanel (Domains, Manage, Authorization code).

Transfer and check

We copy your mailboxes and your website to Kyzoe and check everything. In the meantime your site at Hostinger keeps working as usual.

Switch over after agreement

At the agreed moment, first the email, then the DNS and MX records. If your domain name moves too, we start the domain transfer with your transfer code.

Checks and aftercare

Together we check that your website and email work properly. Only then do you cancel with Hostinger. Switch off automatic renewal in hPanel; if you request a refund, the service stops immediately and your data is deleted.

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Yes. Your domain name remains yours. A migration only changes where your website and email run, and possibly where the domain is registered.

Yes. We transfer your mailboxes and existing messages for free. If you use Microsoft 365 or Exchange, you choose: keep it with Microsoft or migrate to Kyzoe too.

No, that is not necessary. The domain can stay with Hostinger or another registrar; we then adjust the DNS so that your website and email point to Kyzoe. If you want everything with one provider, we transfer the domain too with your transfer code.

In hPanel go to Domains, Manage next to your domain and click Get code next to Authorization code. The domain must be unlocked, privacy protection must be off and the registration or previous transfer must be more than 60 days ago.

The migration form: which websites, domain names and mailboxes you have. We then send you a secure link for your access details. Never send passwords via a form or ordinary email.

Together, at a time that suits you. We migrate the email first and then switch the DNS, with minimal downtime. DNS changes can take a few hours to become visible everywhere.

Only when the migration and the checks are complete and everything works at Kyzoe. In hPanel switch off automatic renewal under Billing, Subscriptions. The service then runs until the end of the period. Note: with a refund the service stops immediately and all data is deleted, so only do that after the migration.

With Managed WordPress, yes: we keep WordPress, your theme and your plugins up to date. With web hosting you manage WordPress yourself.
