Information about Combell comes from Combell’s own website, checked on 27 September 2026. Combell states: “Alle aangeduide prijzen zijn exclusief btw” (all prices shown exclude VAT). According to Combell’s terms and conditions an agreement runs per year and is renewed tacitly. Prices and terms may have changed since then. “Not confirmed” means we could not verify it on Combell’s website, not that it is missing. Brand names are the property of their respective owners.

How your migration from Combell works

Request and inventory

You fill in the migration form. Together we look at what needs to move: websites, databases, mailboxes and domain names.

Agree on access and planning

We send you a secure link to share your access details, and we choose a moment together. Never send passwords via the form or ordinary email. Is your domain moving too? Then request the transfer code in my.combell (My Products, Domain Names, Manage, Transfer code).

Transfer and check

We copy your mailboxes and your website to Kyzoe and check everything. In the meantime your site at Combell keeps working as usual.

Switch over after agreement

At the agreed moment, first the email, then the DNS and MX records. If your domain name moves too, we start the domain transfer with your transfer code.

Checks and aftercare

Together we check that your website and email work properly. Only then do you cancel with Combell. Cancel via the Combell cancellation form. According to Combell’s terms and conditions you cancel no later than one month before the end of your contract year.

Questions about migrating from Combell

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Yes. Your domain name remains yours. A migration only changes where your website and email run, and possibly where the domain is registered.

Do you migrate my email too?

Yes. We transfer your mailboxes and existing messages for free. If you use Microsoft 365 or Exchange, you choose: keep it with Microsoft or migrate to Kyzoe too.

Does my domain name have to move too?

No, that is not necessary. The domain can stay with Combell or another registrar; we then adjust the DNS so that your website and email point to Kyzoe. If you want everything with one provider, we transfer the domain too with your transfer code.

How do I request my transfer code at Combell?

In my.combell go to My Products, Domain Names, Manage next to your domain name and choose Transfer code. Depending on the extension you see the code immediately or Combell sends it to the domain holder.

What do you need to get started?

The migration form: which websites, domain names and mailboxes you have. We then send you a secure link for your access details. Never send passwords via a form or ordinary email.

How is the switchover planned?

Together, at a time that suits you. We migrate the email first and then switch the DNS, with minimal downtime. DNS changes can take a few hours to become visible everywhere.

When can I cancel my hosting at Combell?

Only when the migration and the checks are complete and everything works at Kyzoe. Via the Combell cancellation form. According to Combell’s terms and conditions you cancel no later than one month before the end of your contract year; for a domain you can also switch off automatic renewal.

Is WordPress maintenance included?

With Managed WordPress, yes: we keep WordPress, your theme and your plugins up to date. With web hosting you manage WordPress yourself.

What does the free migration service cover?

Transferring your website(s), databases and mailboxes to a Kyzoe hosting plan. A domain transfer costs the same as one year of registration for the extension, incl. VAT (see the domain prices).
